I've been craving pancakes for the past few days. I'm worse than a pregnant woman when I get my cravings, which worries me for the day when I actually do find myself having pregnant woman cravings. Last night I got myself prepared, and borrowed (with no plans to return) some maple syrup from the restaurant I work at.
The recipe for these delicious little guys comes from Hey That Tastes Good.
I just stumbled across her blog, and her recipes look mighty good! I used vanilla rice milk instead of soy milk because I like the significantly smaller ingredients list on rice milk. Rule of thumb - if you get confused beyond the 3rd or 4th ingredient, perhaps you shouldn't be consuming it.
