I had been craving onion rings for so long. It had almost reached the point that I was willing to risk feeling sick, and just go to Lick's and get some regular ones. Thankfully I was feeling inspired, and decided to make some gluten free ones! The key to gluten free onion rings is to add stiff egg whites. It makes the batter nice and fluffy. This batter seriously tasted like potato chips. I also typically eat my onion rings with a dip that's half ketchup and half BBQ sauce. Delicious!
