I love watching Coutdown to Dinner on the Food Network, and then making something that I've seen. Not that long ago Giada from Everyday Italian made Venetian Rolled Pizza. I used a random gluten-free pizza dough recipe and substituted the mozzarella for goats cheese (which I'm sure made it all the more fabulous!) The end results were ridiculously delicious!
