This evening I made dinner for my favourite boy on the planet and my beautiful room mate. Red Snapper, bbq'd in foil with dill, garlic, lemon, and chopped kalamata olives. Grilled asparagus. Simple mixed greens salad.
I didn't really take any photos. I'm a bad food blogger. I always forget until I'm half way through my meal. I also realized while I was setting the table that I need to take a trip to VV Boutique (yeah, that's Value Village) and buy some new table wares. I love anything and everything clear glass - hence my plates and my cute little olive dish. Vince bought me a lovely bottle of champagne for my birthday, so we cracked that open as well. A lovely evening overall.
