BBQ'd pineapple. I suggest you do it, and fast. I sprinkled a bit of brown sugar on mine before grilling. Holey Moley.
My mother was wonderful enough to buy me a whole bunch of gluten-free burger buns from Organic Oven. This has made me a really happy kid, because now I can eat my burgers just like everyone else! Bye bye fork and knife! Today I decided that's just what I'd do for lunch. Burger, all my fave condiments (lettuce, relish, ketchup, dijon mustard), a light coleslaw, and some delicious cracked black pepper chips. Light reading of course was also necessary for my lunch of leisure. (I'm the biggest dork ever. But perfectly ok with it.)
Next mission: Vegetarian sausages.
