Jack Daniels Pecan Pie

I tried a new type of crust. Gluten free graham cracker crust.
It will make delicious graham crackers, but i don't think graham crackers belong with pecan pie. And I couldn't keep the crust from getting too dark. I think next time I'm going to place foil over the whole pie, and take the foil off for the last 10 minutes or so.

This winter it is my goal to improve my pie crust skills.
