Dinner parties!

Last week found me cooking for friends, which is something I've been wanting to do more of.

Herb-roasted chicken with roasted asparagus and tomatoes.

Deliciously refreshing cucumber-gin slush drink!
(muddled cucumber and mint, with lemon juice,
simple syrup, and gin!)

Tofu parmigiana with gluten-free pasta, a cucumber salad with dill and black olives, and a cheese plate with sheep's milk blue cheese.

Oh, and those cheese plate crackers are homemade.
