Cooking for family.

 
Herb de Provence rubbed beer can chicken, stuffed with whole lemons.
 
Roasted cherry tomatoes.

 
Slow-fried onions.

 
Add some french fries, a Caesar salad with homemade dressing, and you've got yourself a nice Sunday night dinner.

Caesar salad dressing recipe: 1 egg yolk, some Anchovy paste, a tablespoon or so of capers, 2 cloves of garlic, juice of one lemon, a spoonful of dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste, all blended together, then slowly add olive oil until it looks good. I added lots of bacon bits to the final creation.
